“After reviewing usage of the paper newsletter and the escalating printing and postage costs I find it difficult to justify hardcopy newsletter mailings simply to communicate key dates – if any resident has strong feelings as to this decision please reach out to me directly, but spending in excess of $1,000 of our tax dollars per mailing seems difficult to justify when nearly all of us have smartphones at the ready. We will still use mailings from time to time as warranted, but the Fall one will be discontinued for the time being. Have a safe and happy Fall! Regards, Mark”
